Hosted by Tina Phillips, Head of Client Enablement with Sandler Training

Tina Phillips is a sales and management expert, sales trainer and keynote speaker for corporations around the globe. Ms. Phillips spent the first 25 years of her career in various Marketing and Sales roles and has worked with clients such as Unliever, Alfa Laval, Monsanto, Eli Lilly, Pfizer, and Genentech. In 2006 Ms. Phillips was introduced to Sandler as a client and she experienced the results that Sandler can bring to organizations.

Since joining Sandler in 2013, Ms. Phillips worked with one of the most successful Sandler training centers in Dallas, Texas, working with Entrepreneurs and CEO’s of SMB companies to build and scale their revenue. She focused primarily on woman owned or managed businesses. Ms. Phillips had the unique ability to work with clients to introduce Sandler behavior and techniques in various client facing roles across the organization allowing the organization to build a consistent and repeatable client experience.

Ms. Phillips joined Sandler Corporate Office as Director of Customer Success and currently is Head of Client Enablement. Tina’s primary role at Sandler is to ensure clients receive value through their journey with Sandler. Her key areas of focus are client process improvement, building a culture of accountability, and providing strategies for a ”best in class” client experience.
