Thoughts from our president, DeIla Ray.
What an inspiring and productive weekend with the incredible leaders of the Central Missouri Chapter #341 Board of Directors! We just wrapped up our 2nd Annual Board Retreat, and I am so energized and excited for what's ahead.
We spent a day focusing on defining the initiatives we'll champion for the year ahead and how we will continue to grow ourselves as leaders in construction. This amazing team is truly committed to our mission and ready to make a huge impact.
To end our day of planning, we took on "The Lakeview Heist" escape room at the Lake of the Ozarks. Talk about team building! This group proved their collective strength and problem-solving skills, and we escaped with just under 15 minutes left on the clock. What a great way to end our day of collaboration!
A massive thank you to our entire board for their dedication and passion. The future is bright for our chapter, and I can't wait to see all the amazing things we will accomplish together.Â
